All reservations have a unique guest code in the MIT House app that allows all guests over 14 years of age to complete their check-in before entering the apartment.

You will find this information in the apartment description and in the emails sent by MIT House once your reservation is confirmed.

  • Complete the check-in of all guests over 14 years of age before arrival at the apartment.
  • Pay the security deposit.

Yes, at MIT House we always include bed linen and towels for each occupant.

All our apartments have: kitchen stove, fridge, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and coffee maker.

However, to find out in detail what is included in the kitchen of your apartment, we recommend you visit our website and read the full description of your accommodation.

Check-in before 3:00 p.m. is possible as long as the apartment is available and may carry a supplement.

If you need to enter the apartment very early, we always recommend booking the night before.

Departures after 11:00 a.m. are possible as long we do not have a check-in on the same day.

This option could contemplate the payment of a supplement for late check-out.

If you need to check-out very late, we always recommend booking an extra night.

We appreciate that before leaving the apartment you make sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, heating or air conditioning and leave the accomodation in good conditions.

  • If your aparment works with a physical key lock, please leave the keys on a table and then close the door to complete your check-out.
  • If your apartment has digital key through the MIT House app, simply lock all the doors. Your key will stop working at 11:00 a.m.

Both the day of your arrival and the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage for free in our office, located at Calle San Marcos 9, 28004 Madrid.

Our working time is from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Once your reservation is started, you can write an e-mail to to request the invoice.

It is very important that the email includes the booking number, full name of the person who made the reservation and all the data for the invoice.

Cots are always subject to availability, so you must call our office on the day of your arrival to make the request and see the actual availability that same day +34 915 212 876.
